Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms related to subscription payments and cancellations for Warynx®, a registered trademark providing cloud-based Warehouse ERP services.

By subscribing to Warynx®, you agree to this policy.

1. No Free Trial

Warynx® does not offer a free trial. Access to the platform is granted only after successful subscription payment.

2. Subscription Model

Warynx® operates on a prepaid subscription basis.

  • Subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually.
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable GST and taxes.
  • Payment must be made in advance for continued access to the platform.

3. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital software services:

  • All subscription payments are non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial usage.
  • Refunds are not provided for early cancellation.
  • Refunds are not provided for unused periods.

Once payment is processed, it is considered final.

4. Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

Upon cancellation:

  • Access to the platform will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
  • No refund will be issued for the remaining period.

5. Enterprise Agreements

Enterprise customers may be governed by separate written agreements. In such cases, specific contractual terms will apply.

6. Disputed Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error, you must notify us within 7 days of the billing date.

Failure to raise a billing concern within this period may result in the charge being deemed accepted.

7. Policy Updates

Warynx® reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
